1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

1.1. Physical Items

  • 1.1.1. Full Refund
    • You may request a full refund for physical item within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • 1.1.2. Partial Refund
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
      • Items requested for refund or return more than 14 days after delivery but approved by us in specific cases after prior discussion.
      • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error or transport damage.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1.2. Digital Products (STL and other files)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
  • However, if you experience issues with the file, please contact us for assistance!

2. Returns

To return a product, you must request a Return within 14 days of receiving your order. If your request is aprooved you must send the product back to us.

2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2.2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us within the eligible period with your order details and the reason for your request.
  • If applicable, provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If a return is required, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item.

5.1. We do not accept returns for customized, personalized, or used items.

5.2. If a package is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund.
